"This book was sensational! Mickey always has a way of drawing me into the story. I was hooked from first page to the last. I loved the connection between the characters. You could feel the chemistry between Dustin and Catarina. Dustin is a sexy hockey player, and needs to clean up his image; and Cat is about to get deported, because her visa has expired. They decide to get married and help each other out. I loved seeing the relationship bloom between the characters. This was a fun, sexy, steamy romance. I recommend this book to everyone. Another 5 star read by Mickey Miller!!

  Ok. This is my favorite of Mickey Miller's to date! Of course I say that about all of his, but this one was amazing!! These two characters were just perfect together!
  
  Catarina Vidal has a problem. Her work visa has expired and she's on the cusp of being deported. Dustin LeBlanc has a problem. His loose-canon behavior on the ice, and his bad-boy image have him on the cusp of being traded. After a rocky start at their first meeting, a plan is formed. One that could solve both of their problems in one fell swoop. Get married. Marrying him would solve her visa issues. Marrying her would improve his public image. It's a win-win situation.
  
  But can they fake it well enough to fool his team owner, and her immigration investigator? They'll have to learn everything about each other to make this work. Failure could mean jail time. But, as they spend more time together, and learn more about each other, the line between fake and real becomes blurred. No , not blurred - GONE. They're truly in love but there's someone out there that won't let them have their happy ever after. Will their love be enough to get them through when their lie is exposed? An unexpected twist in their love story might prove it was never a lie to begin with.
  
  I loved this story! I love the way Mickey Miller writes. The characters are well-developed, the dialogue is realistic, and no one writes a steamy scene better! It's a sports romance, a fake-marriage romance, a second chance romance, and in parts, a rom-com, all wrapped up into one amazing story! I highly recommend this one to everyone!

• As I love Mickey Miller's work I could not wait to read this hot, sexy, funny and fantastic rom com. Cat who is a top oncologist in the US from Spain is about to loose her working visa meets Dustin, Hockey's biggest playboy by accident in an elevator in Vegas at a Cancer Sucks Conference. Dustin is about to be traded he thinks due to hitting another player and does not like doctors nor does cat like sport athletes. They meet again at a bar and realize they have amazing chemistry and have a one night stand. Then after a long day and much drinking decided to help each other by getting married in Vegas. Of course they are scrutinized by Immigration. There are some twists and turns you do not see coming. I could not put this captivating and brilliantly written story down. I highly recommend this wonderful rom com even if you do not like sports.

  I am glad that this book's main focus was about the marriage. I know very little about hockey but I like to watch it. I was so glad that there was no animosity or Cat "hating" being married. Cat and Dustin had wonderful chemistry. I loved these two together. They actually made me happy. Dustin fell in love with Cat first. I believe that was the start of their relationship. They were on fire. I loved their thoughts towards each other. They had that little something that made their relationship standout. It's like they were made for each other. The only downfall for me was that Cat was trying to be BFFs with Jenny, who had a prior relationship with Dustin. I don't know about you as a reader, but for me that would never happen. I couldn't be friends with someone who previously slept with my husband. Not happening. But that had no effect on my review. It was just a side note. I really liked Dustin. I really liked Cat. They were really likable people. They both had great personalities. They both came alive. I think I smiled to myself about 95% of this book. A few spots got me a little misty eyed. So I couldn't in good faith smile during those times.
  
  It was good to have cameos from Jake, Chandler and Carter. I miss those guys.
  
  It was truly an honor to include this in my library. I will treasure this read and it will definitely go in my must read again/ feel good folder.

• This is an interesting story of two people who don't seem to be compatible but keep ending up together. The interaction will often have you laughing and wondering how these two could ever end up together. But follow them as they come to learn about just who they are and what they truly want. They both know that in one area they are definitely meant to be together. They are one hot, steamy, and sexy couple.
• Dustin and Cat meet a charity for cancer. They have some drinks together, and Dustin finds out tha Cat is about to be deported. They come up with a crazy idea to get married. One thing rleads to another and the fall in love, but she still ends up leaving the country. Dustin puts a plan in action to get his wife back, will his plan succeed? Will they get their happy ever after? Come skate on the ice of life.
• I love the books by this author and this one is fantastic! I loved the chemistry and interaction beween them from the start. They just can't seem to stay away from each other. There is plenty of steam, some twists and turns to keep you reading to see what in the world will happen next. Is it all about a means to an end or is it love? A definite must have! I am voluntarily leaving my review after reading an advance copy of the book from the author and I akso bought the book for my personal library.
• I LOVED this book. Cat and Dustin seem to be such an unlikely pairing, but their chemistry sizzles. This book made me smile, laugh and sigh. It’s a really good read and exactly what I love about the author’s book.
